Tiny Tigers & Little Dragons
4 - 6 years old
This program is designed to teach younger students how to learn the martial arts through a fun repetition hidden approach. Students gain core strength, flexibility, coordination, and learn useful martial arts technique while having a lot of fun doing it.
They learn about focus, respect, discipline, listening skill, and discipline through helping them to understand how to apply it to their peer group.
This program is highly sought after and successful because its completely designed to meet the learning requirements of this age group.

Youth Program
7 - 11 years old
Our Youth program is a high paced .fun,exciting class designed for young people who require a faster pace. They learned all the fundamentals of the Martial Arts we teach which are Tae Kwon Do, Tang Soo Do, Muay Thai, Kyokushin Karate, and Boxing. The curriculum is diverse yet focused. Our goal is depth of knowledge not width of technique meaning we want our students to master the fundamentals of all the systems we utilize at Iron Circle. This program is extremely successful in producing students that move on to become Black Belt Level students and instructors later on in their Journey. Could your child be one of those students? It is my belief and experience with your support they absolutely could be.

Teen & Adults Program
12 years old & up
Our Teen and Adult program is one of my favorite programs to teach because I completely understand the demands being exerted on schedules and focus. Teens aren't quite adults but are starting to feel the effects of a more challenging schedule and adults have their attention and focus pulled in a million different directions. This program teaches not only all the benefits of the martial arts but also the vastly important skill of time management. Should we give up our goals because of a busy schedule? Should we allow our children to give up on their goals? What does that teach them? Let us help you by showing you the training philosophy of Objects in Motion. Students often thonk that of they can’t completely commit to a full training schedule right from the start that they shouldn't even try. That's nonsense. We can have the goals that we desire by being flexible and determined in our approach. This program is high paced enough to challenge you but not overly complicated so a shorter practice that fits your schedule has a lot of value. If you want to have fun, be challenged, Learn really practical martial arts in a fraction of the time, and see how much you can actually achieve by committing and being persistent than this program is for you.

Fitness Kickboxing
Adults Only
This program was designed with the Martial Arts Mom or Dad in Mind.
While your child is in one of our Martial Arts classes, this class gives you as a parent an opportunity to work on yourself, relieve stress, manage your workout time, learn and new skill, get fit, and have a lot of fun doing it.
The Parents in this program are a tight knit group that support each other and welcome new members into the fold. Whether you have children or you do not this program will definitely assist you in meeting your fitness needs while learning martial arts technique.
You will improve flexibility, core strength, your weight, cardiovascular conditioning, and the best part is you start at your pace from where you are in your fitness journey.
This class is one of the most fun classes we teach.
We truly hope to see you on the mat with the rest of our amazing young adults and parents showing our young people that there is always a way and how important it is to be fit.
